By creating a Crafted On account or using the Crafted On platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the platform.
Crafted On is a payment facilitation platform for casual sellers. It enables sellers to accept card payments from buyers using NFC stickers and QR codes, without requiring buyers to install an app or create an account. Crafted On does not process payments directly. All payment processing is performed by Square, Inc., under Square's own terms of service and compliance framework.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate in your jurisdiction to create a seller account.
Crafted On requires a Stripe seller account. By connecting your Stripe account to Crafted On via Stripe Connect, you authorize Crafted On to process payments on your behalf. You remain bound by Stripe's terms of service independently of these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Logging in on a new device revokes your previous session.
Crafted On charges $10.00 USD per month per seller account. Billing is handled by Stripe. The subscription is month-to-month with no minimum commitment.
NFC stickers are available for purchase through the app. Current pricing: Starter Bundle Pro (3 stickers + first month) $50.00; Starter Bundle Lite (1 sticker + first month) $25.00; Additional sticker $15.00 each. Prices are subject to change with notice.
Crafted On will send you an SMS reminder 3 days before your subscription renews and if your subscription lapses due to a failed payment. No more than two SMS notifications per billing cycle for these purposes.
If your subscription lapses, your sticker URLs will stop resolving immediately. Your data is retained and fully restored when you reactivate. Crafted On does not delete data due to subscription lapse.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account screen. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
NFC stickers are ordered through the Crafted On app. Stickers are shipped pre-encoded with a permanent resolver URL.
For postal orders, your shipping address is collected at the time of purchase and deleted from our systems when your shipping label is generated — within 48 hours of your order. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Stickers are non-refundable once encoded and shipped.
Once shipped, stickers are your responsibility. Crafted On is not liable for stickers that are lost, damaged, stolen, or misused after delivery.
All buyer payments through your sticker URLs are processed by Stripe under your connected Stripe account. Crafted On does not handle, hold, or have access to buyer payment funds.
Refunds are your responsibility as the seller and are managed through your Stripe account. Crafted On is not a party to disputes between you and your buyers.
Chargebacks are handled by Stripe under their dispute resolution process. Crafted On has no role in chargeback proceedings.
You may not use Crafted On to:
Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Crafted On collects and retains only the minimum data required to operate the platform. See our Privacy Policy for full details. Buyer payment information never passes through Crafted On infrastructure — it is tokenized client-side by Square's SDK. Shipping addresses are deleted within 48 hours of order fulfillment.
You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Upon deletion your Square OAuth token is revoked, your sticker URLs stop resolving immediately, all platform data is permanently deleted, and your Stripe subscription is cancelled.
Crafted On is not liable for failed transactions due to Square outages, disputes between sellers and buyers, losses from sticker misuse, or service interruptions due to infrastructure failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crafted On's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Crafted On may update these terms at any time. You will be notified via in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crafted On operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in that jurisdiction.
